How does AgGrad create the 30 Under 30 list?

It’s a three-step process.

  1. Through open nominations, we assemble candidates.
  2. AgGrad identifies qualified applicants and sends questionnaires to qualified nominees.
  3. Once questionnaires have been completed by nominees, AgGrad’s 30 Under 30 in Ag selection committee, comprised of leaders in agriculture, selects 30 winners based on the submitted nominations and questionnaire responses. Judges will be identifying winners who are outstanding in their career, community, character, and contributions to agriculture.

Do the selected nominees have to do anything?

Selected nominees are required to answer qualifying questions, such as verifying their age; failure to complete these assets will also result in disqualification from the program. Winners are expected to participate in a Q&A style interview.
