Take Over the AgGrad Snapchat Account for the Day!

“I don’t get Snapchat”.

Ever heard that statement? If you know anyone over the age of 30 and the subject has come up, then you’ve probably heard those words.

However, Snapchat has gone mainstream over the past several months. And the truth is, the app is one of the best ways to tell your story in a creative, transparent and cost effective way.

One of the great aspects of the app is that being casual and unedited is not only accepted, it’s expected! So what you end up getting is a very transparent and authentic look at people’s lives.

What does this have to do with careers in agriculture?

This summer we are going to let individuals from various Ag jobs and internships “take over” our AgGrad Snapchat account for a day. During that day we would like for them to share with us what they do for a living, where they work, and the functions that make up their day-to-day job.

As a bonus, they can plug their own Snapchat account to attract some of our followers.

Also, we will save these “snaps” and at the end of the summer create a highlight video. I would love to have YOU involved!
